Worship We recognize that God has called his people to set aside one day per week, Sunday, to worship him together as a body of believers. As we worship God we seek to do so in Spirit and Truth (John 4:23). In worship we focus our attention on the one true living God. As we worship him we seek to be renewed and strengthen by Spirit through His Word (the Bible), Prayer, and the Sacraments.
Our Sunday morning worship service includes a call to worship, worship through music, a time of personal repentance, giving of tithes and offerings, prayers for the advance of the kingdom of God, hearing God’s word through the preaching of the Word, the celebration of the Lord’s Supper, and concludes with a benediction. Faith Presbyterian Church employs a blended style of music, using classic hymns, modern hymns and praise songs, and an occasional psalm.
Sunday School We are currently on a hiatus from our 9:30am Sunday school hour until at least the month of September
Fellowship After worship we have a time of fellowship and refreshments. Once a month we gather after worship for a fellowship meal. From month to month we also have various informal gatherings, as well as occasional retreats and service projects.
